  2. Refund Request Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of receiving your order. Claims made outside this period will not be considered.
  3. Detailed Description of the Issue: Along with photos, please include a detailed description of the issue and how it affects the quality or wearability of the item.
  4. Refund Eligibility: Only severe defects, such as broken clasps or missing stones, qualify for refunds. Cosmetic issues or minor imperfections are not eligible unless they significantly impact the product’s appearance or functionality.
  5. One Refund Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for only one refund request, subject to our discretion.
  6. Partial Refunds or Store Credit: Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.
